The rules and guidelines governing your use of the Vwaza Studio platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vwaza Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vwaza Studio is a centralized creator platform that allows users to:

  • Create, upload, and share music, beats, podcasts, and video content
  • Distribute content to Vwaza Music, Vwaza TV, and Vwaza Podcasts
  • Collaborate with other creators and manage groups
  • Access analytics, revenue tracking, and business tools
  • Manage bookings, licensing, and sync opportunities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Conduct

Content Standards

You agree that all content you upload or share must:

  • Be original or properly licensed
  • Not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Upload copyrighted material without permission
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape our content
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of your original content. By uploading content to Vwaza Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Content

  • The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vwaza and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Revenue and Payments

Creators receive 80% of net revenue from content sales and streams. Payments are processed monthly, subject to minimum payout thresholds. Revenue splits for collaborative works are managed through the platform.

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Subscription fees may change with notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, access to premium features will end at the next billing cycle

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Vwaza Studio be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

10. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the material is located on our Service
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Vwaza Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
